Due to a webserver problem I noticed recently that my postings of the final groups of the USA Rollersports Adult Events of the US Roller Figure Skating National Championships had not posted. I’m adding these nearly two months later… for those I may have slighted. I’m sorry.

Continuing on with our Gloria Nord theme, (isn’t she fantastic?) the skaters this weekend continued to show how strong and fundamentally sound our little group of Baby Boomers are in the Adult Events. No we are not about to just fade away.

There were several skaters who have risen up on the rankings this year and made very respectable showings.

I was very happy to see again this year the overall good sportsmenship and competitive attitude both on and off the floor.  The other thing I was please to see was the overall fundamental soundness of the our group. There are very few weak links in the fundamental skating ability on the floor…

My personal hats off to Dominic for playing the organ for the countless hours of dance during the competition. Nationals would not be the same without you, Dom!
